Meet the TeamWe're your affordable veterinary care option!
Lyndie Holmes, DVM
Community Pet Care Clinic is incredibly happy to present Dr. Lyndie Holmes as the newest member of our veterinary family. Dr. Holmes hails from Wildcat nation and Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine followed by an internship with Purdue University Veterinary Hospital. We are fortunate to welcome her by way of newlywed bliss and a wonderful husband who lives in the area and snagged her back to Ohio. A raucous family of five dogs, in a myriad of sizes, and three cats who allow them all to exist in their space completes their happy home. When Dr. Holmes isn’t blessing us and our patients with her abilities she enjoys creating Sola flower arrangements, a beautiful wooded bloom in specially dyed colors. We are extremely privileged to have Dr. Holmes join our team and look forward to a bright future full of compassionate care and in-depth knowledge. Welcome Dr. Holmes!
Our team of experienced and caring members has grown exponentially with the addition of Gretchen as our Administrative Manager. Gretchen joins our family and brings along with her not only her caring personality, devotion to pets and their families, and infectious laugh but also over twenty-five years of experience. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician well versed in shelter and community care as well as a knowledgeable manager and skilled people person. When she is away from our family, she is a proud mom to three up and coming young adults and a supportive wife of twenty-two years to her patient and encouraging husband. Her menagerie also includes 6 fun loving dogs, 2 royal cats (or so they believe), 2 doves, and a wise turtle. When she needs a well-deserved break, she loves to kayak on the local waterways and not so local ones too! We are so excited to have Gretchen as a part of our family of carers and integral part of our managerial staff to help direct us to new heights and achieve amazing dreams for all the pets and families in need.

We are very excited to welcome Patti to our Community Pet Care family! She has jumped in with both feet and made herself invaluable with her quick wit, caring heart, and helpful personality. Patti brings over 30 years of veterinary assisting and reception work to our team. We wonder what we did without her. When Patti is not rescuing us she loves to spend time on her farm with her three horses, a pony, four rabbits, an amazon parrot, six chickens, four beloved canine friends and a couple kitties. She has a deep passion for horses and competing in Western Pleasure as well and English riding competitions. Many fortunate children have benefitted from her wisdom and encouragement as a 4-H mentor. Patti is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside and we can’t wait for you to come in and meet her.
Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist
We would like to welcome Autumn to the Community Pet Care Team. She brings along knowledge from her experience as a recent graduate of the Veterinary Technician program at Stautzenberger College and will be sitting for her boards later this summer. Autumn is a proud dog mom to a fun loving canine mix named Hercules. Fortunately all animals, she has such a big heart that she opens up her home to foster kittens and cares for a hedgehog and a turtle too. When she happens to have some extra time she enjoys snuggles with Hercules while watching TV in addition to traveling, baking delectables, and spending time with her supportive family.
It is with the great pleasure we introduce you to our newest family member, Leslie.
